Return Policies

We are very grateful that you have chosen us as your favorite shop. For this reason, we want to satisfy you and provide you with the best service at all times, even if your order does not turn out well. 

You can return any item or the entire order, if you wish, for any reason, within 15 days from the date you receive your order


    Steps :

    If you decide to return one or more products from your order you can do so by following the steps below:

    2) Let us know why you want to make your return:

    Write us a brief message notifying the cause(s) for which you have chosen to return the product(s) received. You must also specify if you wish to make an exchange or if you are going to opt for a refund

    For customers in the Dominican Republic, send to :

     - You can send the return via Metro or Caribe Pack.

     - The shipping costs must be paid by you, unless the reason for the return is defective merchandise, or an error on our part.

    4) Reimbursement

    When we receive your return, we will proceed to refund the money, or send the requested merchandise in case you have requested an exchange.

    The refund will be made to the account with which you paid for your order, i.e. to your credit or debit card, or to your Paypal or Amazon account if you paid through these.

    We will try to respond to your request as soon as possible. We will notify you by the same means that you have written to us about any new developments and/or completion of the process. 


       Conditions :

      • You must send us the goods in their original packaging, with labels in perfect condition.

      • We do not accept exchanges or returns of abused or used merchandise. We also do not accept exchanges if the deadline for returns has passed, which is 15 working days after the delivery of the product.


      If the product has a manufacturing defect or was shipped in error, we will credit you with the purchase price and the shipping cost you paid for the return.
